Documentation
SchildW3rk is a server-first framework split into Shell for UI and Shield for the HTTP/resource runtime.
What is Shell?
Shell is the frontend layer. It compiles .shell files, renders SSR markup, wakes that markup in the browser, and keeps client state local.
What is Shield?
Shield is the backend layer. It owns requests, resources, services, models, plugins, features, page envelopes, security headers and app.start().
Why this split exists
The browser should not pretend to be the backend. The server remains the source of truth, HTML remains visible, and Shell only adds interaction where it belongs.

Start with the story, then Shell, then Shield. The API is small, but the boundary is the important part.
