Concepts

SchildW3rk is designed around explicit server-first boundaries.

Shell

Shell is the frontend UI root. It wakes server-rendered markup, owns local state, supports view outlets, and can later grow toward SPA behavior without turning Shield into RPC.

Shield

Shield owns requests, resources, services, models, page envelopes, headers and Node startup.

Feature vs Plugin

A feature is a domain bundle. A plugin is cross-cutting infrastructure such as locale, CSRF, flash, database or auth.

Not a router

The view outlet renders a named view chosen by the server. It does not match URLs, fetch data or own navigation.
